Verify a report
Every WalletDNA report carries a SHA-256 content hash covering the stored analysis record. Paste the report ID and that hash to confirm the record is unchanged since your copy was generated. No account and no sign-in: anyone holding a report can check it, including opposing counsel.

What a match proves
The content hash covers the stored analysis record: the analysis result, the plain-language narrative, and any analyst commentary. A match means that record is byte-for-byte what it was when your copy was produced, so the figures and findings in your document were not edited afterwards.
What it does not prove
- It does not independently verify the analyst's identity. A sign-off records a name entered by the account holder.
- It does not establish that the conclusions are correct. It establishes only that they are unchanged.
- It does not cover the PDF file itself. Two documents generated from the same unchanged record share a hash.
The scoring method behind a report is published and versioned at walletdna.com/methodology, so a report can be read against the method in force when it was produced. The same check is available as JSON at /api/report/<id>/hash.
